I came to naturopathic medicine soon after graduating from college. Back then, I was working in a natural health store, getting ready to apply to graduate school, and learning about the importance of nutrition.

At the same time, I was having increasingly frustrating experiences with the healthcare system. Many of my family members were dealing with serious health issues, and were struggling to get relief from chronic conditions. I couldn't imagine that that was the only way to do things, and so I went looking for something different.

A good friend's father had recently started a second career in naturopathic medical school and was starting a practice. I read more about it, and soon knew that it was my calling in life. I quickly enrolled in pre-med courses, and a few years later I headed to Seattle to start school.

Over the years, my passion for naturopathic medicine has continued to grow. I've helped people overcome major health conditions and kick symptoms that have been bothering them for decades. Every day, I wake up excited to see patients, and love helping them achieve their goals.

Charm City Natural Health

Charm City Natural Health was born in the Spring of 2014 with a mission to improve the lives of Marylanders. I had just been part of the successful effort to license naturopathic doctors in Maryland, and had also been elected to be the president of the Maryland Association of Naturopathic Physicians. In the process, I saw a need for naturopathic doctors and health care alternatives in Baltimore, and so launched Charm City Natural Health with a dream of making a difference, patient by patient.
